DF315KIT-N Crack Check Kit

Nuclear Grade Products, 4 Cans

Visible liquid dye penetrant testing is a 3-step process for detecting faults in welds,

casting and alloys. Cleaners and Developers are available in a flammable Nuclear Grade

without chlorinated solvents and a Non-Flammable Grade. PHF Penetrant is flammable.

Cleaner: Sprayed to remove dirt, grease, and oil so the penetrant can enter any flaws.

Penetrant: The dye is applied and drawn into cracks through capillary action.

Developer: A chalk-like spray applied after wiping away excess dye. It draws the penetrant out of the cracks to form a visible red line against a white background
